It was an okay reading week. I’m not reading as much but I’m enjoying the books I’m reading. The Electric Kingdom by David Arnold, review coming soon, was a strange YA novel that I enjoyed reading. I’m currently in the middle of the Fantasy novel, Black Sun (Between Earth and Sky, #1) by Rebecca Roanhorse. I’m really liking Black Sun and hopefully I’ll finish it in the new few days!Continue reading “Sunday Update! #35”

I’m all over the place with my reading this week! I’ve started way too many books at once. I managed to finish To Sleep in a Sea of Stars by Christopher Paolini (review is up!) which was a 5 star read! I also read The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid via audiobook/hardcover, it was an okay read. I started reading an ebooks of the popular The House in the Cerulean Sea by T.J. Klune, an earc of The Book Charmer by Karen Hawkins, and the audiobook of An Absolutely Remarkable Thing by Hank Green. Work has been intesen so hopefully during my three days off I will get some of these finished before the month ends! Hope you all had a great week.Continue reading “Sunday Update! #19”
My reading was varied this week. I read parts of To Sleep in a Sea of Stars and The Girl in the Tower. I finished my audiobook of Wilder Girls, a book I’ve been trying to read since last year and I started The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes. My work hours changed to 5 AM and got more difficult so I was pretty tired this week. I’m hoping to make a big dent in To Sleep in a Sea of Stars next week, I’m 145/800 pages right now and want to pass it on to someone else.Continue reading “Sunday Update! #17”
